As Director of Development, Thomas Williams oversees the expansion of the company’s southeastern presence. Thomas collaborates with Managing Directors across markets to drive Völker’s national growth and importance. His experience on projects in Georgia, North Carolina, and Florida—specifically in new construction and acquisition/rehabs of 4%LIHTC projects—provides a strong foundation for Thomas’ future contributions to Völker’s development endeavors.
Originally from Ohio, Thomas discovered his passion for affordable housing development early on in his career in Cleveland and subsequently in Atlanta. Once in Atlanta, Thomas thrived professionally leading and facilitating all stages of the development process. Now at Völker, Thomas looks forward to building upon his previous accomplishments with his new team. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ohio State University and continues to reside in Atlanta.
