Michaela Allwine

Associate Director of Development

Michaela Allwine has dedicated her career to advancing affordable housing and building community capacity. Before joining Volker, Michaela was the Director of Housing and Community Development at the Lancaster County Redevelopment Authority, where she managed single- and multi-family housing programs and administered federal and state entitlement funding. Previously, Michaela worked with non-profit community development organizations in Philadelphia and Seattle, focusing on grassroots community development efforts engaging with youth and families. She began her career as an architectural designer in Philadelphia.

Michaela holds a Master of Arts in Geography & Urban Studies from Temple University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Drexel University. She is also a member of the Lancaster City Zoning Hearing Board. Michaela brings years of hands-on experience and a passionate commitment to equitable community development.
