Lauren takes the helm of Volker’s development endeavors in the scenic landscapes of Colorado and Arizona. Collaborating closely with local and state agencies, community stakeholders, and financial partners, she spearheads efforts to deliver tailored housing solutions that meet the unique needs of these dynamic and growing markets. From identifying prime sites to orchestrating financial strategies, Lauren oversees every aspect of the development process with precision and dedication. Her commitment to excellence ensures that each project enriches the fabric of communities across Colorado and Arizona.
In 2009, Lauren earned her Master of Urban and Regional Planning Degree from the University of Colorado–Denver. Her professional journey commenced with a role at the City of Westminster, where she focused on open space land preservation. Subsequently, she transitioned into Affordable Housing Development with Boulder Housing Partners, the City of Boulder’s Housing Authority. Recognized for her talent and work ethic, Lauren was recruited into the private sector by a nationally recognized developer most recently holding the position of Director of Development. Lauren currently serves on the Tax Credit Advisory Board for the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority.
