David’s focus is to craft and execute comprehensive development strategies aimed at addressing community development objectives while maximizing returns for our partners. He fosters a collaborative process that delivers top-tier housing solutions for our residents while prioritizing their needs and satisfaction.
David’s whole career has been in affordable housing. He has over 20 years of development and asset management experience with broad application in most aspects of the industry. Prior to Volker, David was President of a nationally recognized development company and before that, Executive Vice President of a nonprofit housing organization that was a founding member of the Housing Partnership Network. He has a Masters of City Planning degree from MIT, and he serves on numerous boards and advisory groups.
