Focus: Assists Developers with a variety of real estate activities. Darlene plays a key role in all phases of the development process, from due diligence and feasibility through closing.
Experience: Darlene received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from UW-Milwaukee and an associate degree in Interior Design with a certificate in Kitchen & Bath Design from Fox Valley Technical College. Darlene’s previous roles include Development Manager for a luxury multifamily and condominium developer and Development Director for a nationally recognized commercial and market rate multifamily developer.
Fun Stuff: Darlene enjoys hiking with her husband and their rescued black lab, biking, boating, playing cards & board games, reading, attending plays and live music events and traveling.
