Ashley is responsible for managing and accounting and finance functions for Volker and its portfolio of properties. Effectively communicating financial information with investors, lenders and other interested parties and assisting them as needed.
Ashley is a CPA with over 15 years of experience. She obtained her undergraduate degree in accounting and Master of Accountancy from UW-Madison (go Badgers!). Ashley previously worked as the controller for a manufacturer in Wauwatosa, WI. She started her career in public accounting with Smith & Gesteland, LLP (now part of BDO USA), where she worked with the firm’s largest real estate clients, as well as a variety of other family and closely held business, assisting them with income and sales tax compliance and providing accounting, forecasting and general business consulting services.
