Matt Jacobs is a Registered Architect with extensive experience in real estate development, master planning, and adaptive reuse projects. His career combines architectural management and hands-on design, enabling him to approach projects strategically. He has led teams in diverse sectors, including housing, hospitality, and urban redevelopment, bringing a comprehensive understanding of each project’s intricacies.
Most recently, Matt was the Director of Architecture at a large, vertically-integrated developer, where he oversaw project managers, managed financials, and established standard operating procedures for large-scale projects. He directed design management for multimillion-dollar developments, including both affordable and market-rate housing. Previously, at a diversified investment firm, he led the renovation of a 300,000-square-foot office tower and managed components of winery resorts. With a Master of Architecture from Texas A&M University and a B.A. in Architecture from the University of Kentucky, Matt is a licensed architect in five states and is committed to innovation and sustainable design.
