Ally oversees all compliance requirements throughout the Volker portfolio ranging from state agency and investor reviews to assisting site teams with processing tenant files. With a strong 10-year background in LIHTC, HOME and initial lease ups, she is able to quickly close out file reviews and take on additional responsibilities. Ally’s knowledge and passion for affordable housing is reflected in her HCCP, COS and BOS certifications and she is always seeking learning opportunities to enhance her professional growth. She actively works on training and educating team members, as well.
Outside of property management, Ally stays active in local youth soccer and baseball organizations volunteering her time to coach and whatever else needs to be done.
