Moreover, Eric ensures strict adherence to regulatory standards, leveraging his years of specialized focus on LIHTC and HOME projects and holding certifications as a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) and HOME Compliance Specialist (HCS).
